Barbara P. Pinkerton Admitted to the state bars of South Carolina and Maryland, Barbara P. Pinkerton has been practicing with Richard Wern Lawyers since 2001. She graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A. in psychology and taught first grade near Rochester, New York. She received her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and was a member of the Syracuse Law Review. After moving to Baltimore, Maryland, Barbara practiced general litigation and later joined the Legal Department of Alexander & Alexander Inc. where she did insurance brokerage defense work.
